Andrea KR

Andrea is a life-long Racinian and has great pride in her community and the wonderful people in it! She is a graduate of UW-Parkside, holds several insurance licenses, and has earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Andrea is the owner of AndreaKR Wellness, LLC , is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. She is currently putting her leadership skills and wellness knowledge to good use in serving employers in the Racine, Kenosha and Northern Illinois communities on behalf of Aurora Health Care.

Tammy Myers

 

Tammy is the president and co-founder of Mrs. Myers’ Reading Room. A licensed speech pathologist and president of Xaris, Inc., Tammy has pioneered an approach that takes children on a journey to become strong and confident readers. She and her team of educators help children of all reading levels. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, an alum of Leadership Racine, an active member of RAMAC, and has served on multiple non-profit boards. She is a life-long learner striving for knowledge in the complex processes of cognition, psychology, and language.

Michelle uses 20+ years of management experience, gained in a variety of industries and roles, to help individuals and organizations identify their strategic goals and develop realistic strategies for success. She is a CPA and MBA who also teaches college courses in person and online. Her passion is to help people make choices and develop strategies that work for them.

Liz grew up in Racine and proudly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. After moving away for a time, she returned to Wisconsin in 2000 and began working with children and families in treatment foster care. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin and, in addition to eight years in the foster care system, have worked as a school counselor and in private practice. She joined the Family Service of Racine team in December 2016 and became the Executive Director in February 2018.

Kristina is Board-Certified Coach who enjoys working with inspiring women and passionate entrepreneurs. She is the Fiery Founder of Wings of Fire Consulting and Firestarters, a women's empowerment group. Through her own personal journey, Kristina has gained an understanding of what is needed to achieve personal and professional growth. She is sharing her knowledge and experience through individual and group coaching and professional speaking. Kristina empowers others through empathy and education, sprinkled with humor to lead others on a path of thriving versus surviving!

Stacy Tapp

Stacy Tapp serves as Chief of Communication and Community Engagement for the Racine Unified School District where she oversees all areas of internal and external communications, marketing and public relations as well as family and community engagement for RUSD. Stacy is passionate about public education as well as supporting our local Racine community. In addition to her role on the TEMPO Board, she supports the Kids First Fund Board, serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin School Public Relations Association (WSPRA) and currently serves on the United Way of Racine County’s leadership cabinet.

Alyssa Wall

A woman of many hats, Alyssa is Chief Chemist of Racine Industries, Inc., math/science tutor at Mrs. Myers' Reading Room, private Japanese language teacher, and proud member of the Kenosha Chamber Choir. Her background is just as varied, including experience as a professional ballroom dance instructor with Fred Astaire Dance Studios and as a member of the Racine-based jazz/cabaret troupe The Rat Package. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in both Chemistry and the Japanese language from Carthage College. When she isn't playing with her Corgi, Alyssa is busy working behind the scenes to help TEMPO Racine run as smoothly as possible.
