Mental Health in the time of COVID-19

Liz Hanson-Will, Executive Director of Family Services of Racine (FSR), and TEMPO Racine Board member, will address the following regarding mental health and will answer our questions.

  • Current trends in mental health
  • Stress management techniques to use in your daily life
  • Strategies to stay connected and prevent loneliness during social distancing
  • Ways to support our kids through these challenging times.


Learn about Liz Hanson-Will

Liz grew up in Racine and proudly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. After moving away for a time, she returned to Wisconsin in 2000 and began working with children and families in treatment foster care. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin and, in addition to eight years in the foster care system, have worked as a school counselor and in private practice. She joined the Family Service of Racine team in December 2016 and became the Executive Director in February 2018.
